I eat a non processed no added sugar, gluten free lactose free diet , mostly plant based but sometimes a little fish or chicken. I do find that a lot of fruit and vegetables etc means I have a lot of bowel movements everyday. Is that normal, it's annoying !

Everything we need comes from the sun and the soil. All minerals originate from the earth. Vitamins are made by plants and fungi. Vitamin D is a sunshine hormone. Vitamin B12 is a bacteria found in the waterways and the soil. Protein and omega-3’s are only made by plants such as flax seeds and plant algae. It would be wise to eat the source of all essential nutrients from an array of plants and fungi directly.

Best treatment for atherosclerosis: Vitamin C Why do we get infarctions of the heart but rarely of other organs? Why do we get ARTERIO-sclerosis, but not VENO-sclerosis? If "high cholesterol" is the cause of clogging your arteries, why doesn't it clog the arteries in your finger, your nose or the smallest capillaries in your toe? Scurvy = No vitamin C in your diet. Symptom: Your blood vessels break and you bleed to death. Think of the sailor of the past. Scurvy of the heart = Just enough vitamin C from food. I need HELP for my husband. My husband was never a big person he does a cardio workout on a regular basis. My husband had a triple bypass. He lost all fat and looks like a skeleton. The doctors put him on plant based diet but he can't gain weight working out and eat plants. What can we do, how to get him to get some fat on the bones healthy.?

A the risk of starting an argument, I just have to say there are many of us who get worse on a plant based diet. I’ve been doing strict carnivore for a month and have never felt better. My blood work is already so much better as far as lipids, etc. Don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it.
The problem with anecdotal reports about healing is that there is no evidence that the intervention works for everyone or at least the majority of people. We do need randomized controlled clinical trials before we can assume a causal relationship between an intervention and a definiert outcome. Another problem is the complexity of the nutritional therapy. We do not know which element may have had the healing effect. Was ist the kale, the broccoli, blending vegetables into smoothies or the omission of food from animal sources? I really appreciate your dedication for trying to heal people from autoimmunity, but you should comply with the rules of clinical research before stating such generalized assertions.

I have had reflux esophagitis and I’m taking proton pump inhibitors because I couldn’t eat practically anything. It’s been a year now and I can eat more different varieties of food but I’m scared of stopping my meds:(
Many have implement after going whole food HCLF because they’ve ditched processed fast food. Over time without animal food, which provide readily available, easily absorbed amino acids, vitamins A, D, E and minerals plus omega 3 etc, vegans slowly deteriorate and grow weak and frail. Take a hard look at these long time vegan influencers. They look like aliens with their pencil necks. Even their finger are rubbery. Up close their skin is thin, wrinkled, and dry like cured tobacco leaves. Your average vegan eventually returns to at least some meat, egg, and/or dairy consumption, more in line with our sepecies’ two million years of evolution.
